2. We are now paying for their storage to get them off the roads (we don’t know why)
3. But we still intend to buy 1,375 more!
At a certain point you have to turn off your brain because this is so asinine that it crushes my soul and upsets me deeply.
This is the inevitable result of our gov depts and state bodies never knowing what the other is doing.
We cannot keep doing this; our state cannot handle the complexity of modern policy-making.
We need to reform this system IMMEDIATELY. Not publish a paper. Full, total, complete reform.
