Everyone is talking about how much websites are changing. There are a lot of deep heady thoughts out there. But what's really changing is that now we can put an arcade on Mochine.ai before anyone talks us out of it. So we did. mochine.ai/arcade

We just launched @mochine_ai, and @brendan and I want to show you what this thing can actually do. On Monday, 11/2 at 1 pm ET, we're hosting live office hours to turn long videos into short clips, build custom Motion Kits from your website, and show you how to edit a video just by talking to it. Bring a video. Ask us anything. Give us something ridiculous to try. We'll show you what's coming next, too. Come hang! Register here: home.wistia.com/live/events/โ€ฆ

Today's a big day at @Wistia. We're launching @Mochine_ai, our new AI video editor that adds motion graphics to your boring talking-head videos and makes them a hell of a lot more interesting to watch. And I'm so excited for people to finally get their hands on this thing. I've spent the last few weeks watching our team build, experiment, break things, fix things, and make Mochine better every single day. It's been incredible to watch. We're almost 20 years into building Wistia, and I don't think I've ever been more excited about what we're making. I'm so damn proud of this team. Please go play with Mochine. Make the wildest thing you can think of. Push it. Tell us what doesn't work. Tell us what you love. I can't wait to see what you make. Try it: mochine.ai/

@mochine_ai Also does a killer job of cutting longform clips down into shorter clips. Here I take an episode of my podcast and break it down into 3 shorter clips. This demo itself was edited and cut down by Mochine. It brought in ai narration, graphics, and transitions to make the explaination more punchy.

A 20-year-old company isn't supposed to feel like a startup. But holy sh*t, @Wistia does right now. Last week we got the team together for our business review, and Wednesday was hands down my favorite day at work since 2006. Every time I turned around, someone was showing me something new. An idea someone had that morning? Already built by lunch. A conversation that used to kick off three months of meetings? Someone had a working version five minutes later. I was bouncing from person to person, completely overwhelmed with dopamine. It's addictive. I'm used to making a decision and finding out years later whether it was right. Now you can have a working version of almost anything by the end of the day, and the hard part is getting used to asking for it. We spent twenty years getting good at saying no to ideas because we couldn't build them all. Now we can, so the job is different. You have to think a lot bigger. You have to build the thing before you debate it. And you have to understand the whole business well enough to know which experiments are worth running and how you'll be able to tell if they work. People are making ALL the things. Some will work. Some won't. But we finally get to find out. Twenty years in, it feels like we're starting Wistia all over again. LFG.

A boring video is just a good video in the wrong outfit. Dress it up with Mochine.

Got to bring my daughter behind the scenes of our new @mochine_ai video shoot. I think she was just as excited to see how it all gets made as we are to share Mochine with you.

This is so catchy and fun. When anything can be generated it all becomes about how genuinely entertaining something can be.
This is an outrageously fun experience to watch. It feels like you're digesting an entire movie in 3 minutes. Heavy Pulp has mastered the art of microdosing cinema

It is amazing how quickly all the bottlenecks in software are shifting to attention.
