My take:
1. Taking away trophies, trying to strip the biggest moment in PL history, etc. is meaningless. Liverpool and United fans deep down won’t feel like they won’t anything
2. The money they were able to spend from 09-18 propelled them into the team they are today so this is not just a 10 year thing. This had an infinite impact
3. People who think this ban is going to be the full 288 points equivalent to Everton are delusional but I do think they could get relegated when punishment is decided
Manchester City's owners artificially inflated the club's commercial revenue by £830 million ($1.1 bn) between 2009 and 2018, the Independent Commission found during the Premier League hearing into the 115 charges for serious financial breaches.
The Abu Dhabi-owned club were found guilty of all 115 charges by the Commission with Premier League CEO Richard Masters saying City "systematically broke Premier League rules for nearly a decade."
