Fox: Why are you here this morning?
Trump rally attendee: Well, in the late 70s, I was a little too young to go to South America for the Jonestown Massacre. But this is as close as I'll ever get, so that's why I'm here. There's nothing like seeing a cult right up front.

You don’t find it weird that not a single billionaire wants to end world poverty? Doesn’t it strike you as bizarre that no one with that kind of wealth wants to be the hero who actually solves the world’s biggest problems when they literally could? Isn’t that suspicious?

What a privileged take.
Living through a huge industry boom then shitting on performers trying to make it when the market literally isn’t the same as what you are referencing.
Back then I was working with people who weren’t crazy performers, and they were booked & busy!
You don’t have to be doing all kinds of crazy stunts, pushing your boundaries or sucking and fucking just anybody to get that recognition. Sometimes it takes TIME!
Older generations are sounding like boomers. “We had to work so hard and they don’t!”
Okay well we should be happy that the industry has changed. We should be happy performers are being paid more.
Most importantly, every performer is doing this for money. Nobody is showing up working 12 hour days in strenuous positions, putting their health at risk, wearing their bodies down, exposing themselves to stalkers just because they LOOOOOVE sex.
Sex work for many (and historically) is a means of survival. Sitting up on your high horse shaming people trying to make a living, establish their brand, and chase their dreams is flat out mean girl behavior. Grow up. Seriously. Grow up.
