It's often said that Limerick doesn't have the weather to be a cycling city, today it is 9°c, dry with no wind. In Copenhagen it's 1°c and in Amsterdam it's 2°c. We actually have all the perfect criteria to be leading cycling city. All we need is coherent cycling infrastructure
