I think the Overwatch story and universe could benefit from being a bit darker or deeper and a little bit more mature. I know there are dark things within it but I feel it could benefit from being shown more. This loneliness and grief from Vendetta should've been explored more, we shouldn't be afraid to show the human sides of people within this universe, and in a way that it actually means something. They don't have to be these cartoony, always evil or angry villains or these super cheery and positive superheroes about things.
