Cool new LLM model benchmark just dropped!
HW-Bench is the first hardware engineering benchmark built in partnership with the world's most advanced hardware companies.
HW-Bench evaluates frontier model performance on production hardware data, captures the full hardware context across tools and file formats, and grades every task against rubrics and golden answers reviewed by subject matter experts at partner companies (more to come soon).
Our launch results cover the performance of 15 frontier models on designing a 2.45 GHz antenna, and we’re building toward jobs that span disciplines, like designing, manufacturing, and testing a 140 GHz, 512-element D-band phased array. Learn more at hw-bench.com!

A hop-by-hop view of @Cloudflare network engineer @tstrickx crossing the Atlantic on Starlink Wi-Fi.
Over 8 hours and 7,000 km, Starlink handed off satellites every 15 seconds and carried traffic through 7 Cloudflare deployments. Each plane appears to keep its own IPv6 /56.
Over the ocean, inter-satellite lasers carried traffic to the nearest available ground station. Cloudflare’s anycast routing followed it, keeping traffic local as the plane moved at 40,000 feet and 500 knots.
- Ocean crossings use inter-satellite laser links until traffic can reach a ground station.
- Those laser routes appeared slower than fiber in this single test.
- Latency showed two distinct bands, possibly from first-packet dataplane setup.
- Ground-station selection changed during the flight, including a Canada-to-US switch near the border.
- Cloudflare’s anycast routing followed the ground station, not the plane’s source address. That kept traffic local without DNS-based steering.

Now we'll finally learn what's in the Epstein files. Mike Johnson is no longer in a position to shut down the House in order to prevent votes on measures to force their release. It's time. It's past time.

Two weeks until GTA VI, a British creative triumph from Dundee to Edinburgh, with Rockstar set up by British lads. I'd expect Gov’t to be all over this with ads, memes, reels and a proper push for 🇬🇧 gaming PLC, a great growth sector. Very sad. Instead, silence. Huge missed opp!
That's awesome. I feel like I would love a vibrating mattress. Win-win.
Lying on a vibrating mattress for 40 minutes, combined with taking two pills that release nitric oxide into the body, enhanced the clearance of an Alzheimer's-related protein via the brain's waste-disposal system newscientist.com/article/259…
Even his moustache is there to help build awareness for good. Genuinely the best politician in the world right now.

We got your back, New York!

Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026).
