I can't believe the Sabres are going to lose to the Philadelphia fucking Flyers.

Come out, come out wherever you are, Little Ricky Tocchet. It's time to play.

The Flyers did indeed postpone Thursday's scheduled Chalk Talk for STHs w/Tocchet & the rest of the coaching staff. The email -- which came in the form of a letter from Dan Hilferty -- doesn't directly say why, but notes the coaches are focusing on the games ahead.

Noel Acciari tonight: • scored the game winning goal • 4 high-danger scoring chances • 3 hits • 2 blocks • 76.03 xGF% at 5v5 in 13:04 time on ice against MacKinnon & Makar Tocchet's finally got a guy in Philly.

I know it’s still early, but… it can be argued that some of the missing Flyers haven’t really been missed over the past 4 periods of hockey.

Michael Bunting should never get more PP TOI in a game than Matvei Michkov. Cannot justify that. Many, many things to pick apart -- the Flyers play dumb and reactive hockey, for one -- but that jumps off the page on a team that can't buy a goal.

Michael Bunting has more power play time than Matvei Michkov. You can't make this stuff up. #Flyers #RedWings

I do not understand why the fourth line is getting shifts at that point of that game. They've gotten killed tonight. Jack Studnicka is a quad-A player. Bunting clearly is out of sorts. And they go out on the ice and immediately give up the likely GWG.

Just roll three lines and bench the entire 4th line for the third period. They are providing less than nothing.

The Flyers are currently lighting up the EBUG in practice. Maybe that's a way to build some confidence offensively

The weirdest/most disappointing thing to me about the Flyers is that they are 0-7 and on the worst start to a season in franchise history and literally no one is hitting anyone out there and they all look like emotionless automatons skating in quicksand Just baffling

How Michkov played his entire life vs what Tocchet and the Flyers org. have been trying to make him play are completely different. Go watch his game footage from when he was 16 and up. Look at where and when he was scoring and watch as the Flyers have slaughtered his creativity.
