Marline is just 1 year old. Arriving as an underweight and neglected stray with a chronic skin condition, she now waits in East Valley Animal Services, Van Nuys CA and her life is at risk. She has rescue interest but is not safe and we can't not help her. She's looking for a foster or adopter to get her out alive.
