💣 SWING FOR THE FENCES, BRETT VEACH!
On ESPN's Get Up, Jason McCourty called on Kansas City to make a massive splash at the November 10 trade deadline following the Week 7 loss in Seattle:
"Go out and get a receiver... Call up the New York Jets and call up the Philadelphia Eagles. Ask about Garrett Wilson and DeVonta Smith! Don't go for a Hollywood Brown or Jerry Jeudy—go for a dude who changes the way defenses play you!" — Jason McCourty 🗣️ @JasonMcCourty
With the 5-1 Chiefs needing a true #1 perimeter threat to stretch the field alongside Xavier Worthy, landing a star like Garrett Wilson or DeVonta Smith would completely re-open this offense! 🎯
Should Veach trade major draft capital for a proven superstar WR? Drop your thoughts below! 👇

Patrick Mahomes is so good at answering difficult questions. He was asked about the article that came out on Sunday with his name being mentioned in the Josh Simmons situation and about him and Travis Kelce with Justin Tucker situation in the AFCCG. Just very polished and professional.

Chris Jones had a 2% win rate against the Seahawks offensive line.
On one occasion he stepped away from the Seahawks running back and let him through the line instead of tackling him.
Jones slowly jogged towards Darnold on a crucial third down where he could’ve easily made the tackle and gotten the Chiefs the ball back.
He stood in one spot and watched a Seahawks running back fight for a touchdown at the goal line. Watching him break 3 tackles, and almost score. He didn’t once take a step forward to help.
Then another 3-4 times Jones stood straight up at the snap and watched the play happen instead of trying to stop it like the other 10 guys on the field.
If you can’t play anymore or you don’t want to play anymore, let someone who actually wants to be there take that spot.
Highest paid defender in football, and dude is as soft as it gets.

🚨EXCLUSIVE: I’m told Jay-Z & Roc Nation have Committed to sending Nevada, the 3 yr old Soccer phenom who had Police called to his Soccer Game to remove him & his family, to Spain in December & plan to make the trip an impactful athletic experience.
I’m told they’ll work with the Roc nation sports division over seas.. As they represent a lot of soccer players and plan to create opportunity for Nevada by doing all of the above.
For Background — Nevadas family has openly discussed moving to Spain previously because this is where he can really immerse himself into the sport.

A vascular surgeon reached out after hearing me talk about Hurts' situation on the podcast.
Posting his comments here for what it's worth:
“Small superficial clot, below the knee, I would let him play. Put on a stocking, stay hydrated, walk around the plane every hour. But, too many unknowns. Did this happen to him before? Did it happen to a parent, a sibling? If yes, changes things, I would be much more concerned.
I always ask myself. . . should this patient have a clot? Broken bone, in a cast. . .yes, a clot can happen. Young, healthy, active, uninjured- shouldn't have a clot.
Now he has progressed to an embolus. In my opinion, he should not have developed emboli from a cleat injury unless he has an underlying clotting disorder. These can be tricky to diagnose if there is no family or personal history. Like Chris Bosh, I'm concerned for his career.”

GOLDEN FISH & CHIPS WITH HOMEMADE TARTAR SAUCE 🐟🍟🍋🌿
"Crispy fish, golden chips, pure comfort"
Serves: 4
Ingredients
For the Fish:
• 4 white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or basa)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup cornstarch
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• ¾–1 cup cold sparkling water or cold water
• 1 egg
• Vegetable oil, for frying
• Lemon wedges, for serving
For the Potato Wedges :
• 4 medium potatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped
For the Homemade Tartar Sauce :
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp finely chopped pickles or gherkins
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
• 1 tsp finely chopped capers
• Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Potato Wedges:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Cut the potatoes into thick wedges and pat them dry. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray and roast for 35–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.
2. Make the Tartar Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped pickles, lemon juice, mustard, parsley, capers and black pepper. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate while preparing the fish.
3. Prepare the Fish:
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, and a little salt. Gradually whisk in the cold sparkling water until you have a smooth batter thick enough to coat the fish. Add the egg.
4. Coat and Fry:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep, heavy pan to 175–180°C (350–355°F). Dip each fillet into the batter, allowing the excess to drip off. Carefully lower into the hot oil and fry for approximately 4–7 minutes, depending on thickness, turning as needed, until crisp and golden and the fish reaches 63°C (145°F) internally.
Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towels to drain.
5. Assemble and Serve:
Arrange the golden fish and potato wedges on a large serving platter. Add a generous bowl of creamy tartar sauce, fresh lemon wedges, and chopped parsley. Serve immediately while everything is hot and crispy!
Tips For Perfect Fish & Chips:
• Use cold batter for a lighter, crispier coating.
• Dry the fish thoroughly before dipping.
• Keep the oil temperature steady for an even golden crust.
• For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the batter.
• Add a simple green salad with cherry tomatoes and red onion for freshness.
Enjoy!🐟🍟🍋🌿
