The average Nigerian doesn't even know this opportunity exists. Oyibo does, and he's building tech to help other oyibos profit from it.
Educate people about Nigeria's economy and you'll be labelled pro-BAT or APC. Tomorrow, when he builds a successful business, you'll scream colonialism.
We've always got to blame someone right? Because accountability requires looking in the mirror.
I spent the last year living between Lagos and Nairobi...
Nigeria in particular has one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Yet three years ago, its currency, the naira, lost more than half its value.
To defend it, Nigeria’s central bank pays 21% for people to hold naira, among the highest rates anywhere.

What's the earliest reasonable time/age to start introducing one's children to one's business?
Showing them how you run your business.
Making them understand your business. Seeing how you make decisions. Learning.
Business is not physical shop or trade, where they can sit down and watch activities daily.
The business involves managing people spread across different locations, meetings that are mostly virtual (& few physical), physical projects you yourself only see once in a month or once in three months.
If you choose an age below 16 or a class that's within secondary school education level, how do you balance this with revealing too much business information for children who may innocently say it elsewhere (eg in school) where it can have adverse effect?

I will give you two good reasons why the ceasefire deal thing won't work and it should never be considered,no matter how much the Terrorists are begging.

You will never go far in life if you always think people must be paid to network or relate with one another across different levels. Not everything is about money or getting paid.
