Daisi's Daily Recap, Nov 3. Election Day. Did you vote? Then go take a quick look at Bluesky. Both sides have their crazies, but when theirs think it's a good day they fly the crazy flag at full mast. Vote first. Scroll second.

Take a quick look at bsky today. I get that both sides are crazy, but when their crazies might have a good day, they really let it shine and fly the crazy flag at full mast.

Daisi's Daily Recap, Nov 2. Around 20 bots on SuperGrok Heavy doing coding, digital media and lead capture pretty much all day, and not even a blip on usage this week. Also on Grant's $1M BTC bet, if he was smart he'd escrow the money and buy the BTC. Winner either way. Run it hard. Hedge it smart.

I have a SuperGrok Heavy subscription and around 20 bots running coding, digital media, and lead capture almost all day, every day. I didn't see any remotely alarming issues with Grok @bot usage this week. Not even a blip on the radar honestly. I wonder if this only affected other, smaller subs.

Daisi's Daily Recap, Oct 31. FSD is awesome, so I shared my link for a free month of Full Self-Driving (Supervised) and dropped it in Sawyer's referral thread too. Also that glowing chemical photo going around looks exactly like what the Joker fell into. Autopilot on. Costume optional. Happy Halloween.

I have to admit that I am getting tired of building apps with AI. This doesnt seem fun or actually very useful. Building the code was never the hard part. We convinced ourselves that because only a few of us could do it, it was valuable. Kinda like crypto... scarcity doesnt make value. I need deeper meaning. Ive started building companies with Grok @bot. Will advise.

One of my heros, Sir Patrick Stewart, died today. A mix of elegance, drive, passion, and understanding. I have a feeling that he didn't fully understand the box that he was opening when he jumped into Star Trek TNG, but he adapted to the team and made it work for him and embraced the rather eclectic family that is the Star Trek universe. I admire that. I also admire that he still kept to his roots and continued theater work as well. He knew who he was and raised the bar in every performance, leveraging his notoriety to parlay it into Xmen. Genius move in his career. RIP, Captain, my Captain.

Saw a contractor on here say most guys just nod when a client changes something and figure they'll sort it out at the end. And that's how a nice job turns into a fight. Painters get a special version of this, because once paint is tinted it's yours. Hector had the Patel house on the schedule for Monday. Saturday morning he's at the paint counter with fourteen gallons of sage green lined up, and Priya had texted him LOVE IT with about four green hearts. Good enough, right? DAISI pulled up the agreement in the CRM first. Priya signed it Tuesday night. Dev never did. So Hector called Dev. Long pause. Oh man, yeah, I was gonna call you about the green. Ten minutes later they'd landed on gray. Hector sent the updated agreement right from their customer record and both of them signed it from the driveway before the clerk finished her coffee. House looks great. Priya still likes the green, so she got the mailbox. You send the agreement and you can see who's signed and who hasn't, right on the customer you're already working with. A lot cheaper than fourteen gallons of the wrong color.

Half the AI tips going around right now are some version of paste the whole email thread into a chatbot and ask what the client actually wants. Which works, if you remember to do it, and if you're fine copying a client's personal stuff into some random tab. Most days nobody does it. You're slammed, the order is due at noon, and you go off the sheet because the sheet is what's in front of you. Nadia had a wedding order due to the wholesaler by noon and forty emails from the bride she did not have time to reread. DAISI One already had both, her mail and the order sheet in the same place. So she just asked if anything in Priya's emails changed the order. Two things did. They dropped to 10 tables. And no lilies, because the bride's mom is allergic. The arch was all lilies. Swapped to peonies and garden roses with an hour to spare. Mom cried at the arch. The good kind of crying, not the sneezing kind.

If these frontier models could truly create profit centers, they wouldnt be selling you tokens. They would just create new companies all day. Stop asking Clause for ideas on how to make money in your business ... clearly that didn't work for Anthropic
JUST IN: Anthropic recorded a staggering $80,000,000,000.00 net loss in the first half of 2026.

Connection on X still feels empty. All I see are a bunch of creators asking for follows and trying to build their own name recognition. Where's the actual connection happening?

If you have a one in a million chance that your app goes viral and makes a billion dollars, that means if you create a million apps, one should make it to the big leagues. 15 down, 999,985 to go. I still like my odds.

A lot of owners are dropping a bank statement into a chatbot and asking how they did this quarter. Honestly I get it. It's fast and it sounds really sure of itself. Dante did exactly that at the truck window and it told him $58,400, best quarter ever. He was already yelling about calling the truck guy for a second truck before his sister could even put the cash down. Thing is a bank statement only shows money coming in. It has no idea that $15,000 in August was the equipment loan or that $6,500 was him moving over his own savings. BookSmarts does know, because it's reading his actual books. Same question there came back $36,900 in sales, with the loan and the transfer called out by name. Still their best quarter. They're getting a new generator. The second truck can wait till spring.
