The number 1/137 is the approximate value of the inverse fine-structure constant, denoted by the Greek letter α (alpha). It is one of the most important and mysterious numbers in physics, representing the strength of the electromagnetic interaction.
Its value is independent of the measurement system we use.
What makes it truly fascinating is this: Physicists can measure it with extraordinary precision, yet why it has this particular value remains an open question. Why approximately 1/137, rather than 1/100 or 1/200?
If you owe me money, your entire online presence better reflect financial hardship bro.
No new clothes... Nothing. Bro, I better see "Day 47 of surviving this country" on your story or sleeping under a bridge... Kawai
You’re probably doing better than you think.
In Nigeria today, earning around ₦150k–₦250k a month is roughly within the typical income range.
So if you’re earning ₦100k, ₦150k, ₦200k or even less, you’re not automatically behind in life.
And if you’re making ₦300k+ a month, you’re clearly above the national average.
Don’t let social media make you feel like everyone your age is rich, driving expensive cars and living a perfect life.
What happens when commercial pressure pushes companies to develop AI faster than they can properly understand, test, and control it?

Nigeria saw 'minimum 10 shares' and collectively said... where do I sign? The marketing team definitely understood the assignment

Principles are easiest to defend when they're abstract. The real test comes when there is a specific price attached to them.
Na only when contribution miss, the family budget go expose the real arrangement
I send my parents 200,000 naira monthly. My elder brother found out and started adding 50,000 naira, making it 250,000 naira total. I send it all directly to my father.
Last month I exceeded my budget and could not send my part. I informed my father and forwarded him the 50,000 naira my brother sent.
My mother called. She had already budgeted her share from what he gives her for something important. I asked how much my father usually gives her so I could send that directly.
She said 150,000 to 200,000 naira.
I paused. I actually thought it wouldn't be more than 100,000 naira.
I send my father 250,000 naira and he gives my mother almost everything. My father is not a rich man. He really makes nothing elsewhere.
And the 50,000 naira I sent him last month when I was short? He had already forwarded it to her.
Well, I sent her an extra 60,000 naira and told her to make do with that.
The most interesting part is that my mother has no idea the amount I send to my father monthly. She only knows that I send them money.
My father is one of the most selfless people I know. ❤️
Above all, love God.
We’re getting dangerously close to the point where 'I’ll do it later' becomes a valid instruction to AI
If this can genuinely handle the whole workflow, small businesses in Nigeria are about to get a serious productivity boost. One person could do the work of a small team.
