North East football back to what it has been for almost all of my lifetime. Two sets of fans arguing over which team is worse and enjoying each other’s struggles.
Think people are gonna be shocked in the sudden Sunderland surge over the next few weeks by the way. Players coming back from injuries in the numbers as well as the recent confidence from youth. Being wrote off after 7 games is mental when you’re 3 wins away from European spots again.
Looked at that starter squad and said to the lads that’s a very attacking side. Only managed to listen to the game on the way to Gatwick but it looks like when you give the young guns a bit creative freedom they can cause a good threat to a solid Premier League side. Need to be utilised more often than not… #safc
Witnessed the Poznan. Unbelievable stuff. Loved every minute of this trip. Expected so much hostility from the Poznan fans but have been treat with nothing but respect and curiosity about our club and culture. Was even gifted one of their scarfs off a lovely fella in the stadium! 👏🏼🇵🇱
Alderete’s attitude this season has been horrendous. Clearly spitting his dummy out at the lack of game time and it’s not a good look at all.
Hope the lad sat in front of me who slagged Sadiki off all game, calling him nothing but shite and that he keeps ‘getting away’ with being shit is having a wonderful Friday morning… 🔴⚪️
