That feeling when you wait for a @UPS package all day only to get an alert that it is coming two days later 2 hours after the deliver time. I don't know if this more on @REI or UPS, but lesson learned. Don't waste your time. This tweet is not interesting, but I feel better now!

Tip: Only use imagery that moves the story along. Explanation: If your product only needs words to describe it, don't use imagery "just because." Imagery should improve understanding. Example: @wynter_com
