LFT Asst Coach Former : NS, T1.A The past year and a half with NS RedForce has been incredible: two Ascension runs, Kickoff and Masters Santiago titles, 3rd at EWC, a runner-up finish in VCT Pacific 2026, and a Champions playoff appearance. Now it’s time for a new chapter. Although I’m looking exclusively for an assistant coach role mainly focused on in-game strategy, I also bring a deep understanding of team leadership, backed by two years of head coaching experience and my time leading NS RedForce’s coaching staff during Stage 2. In collaboration with Riot Games, we had the opportunity to host all six Western teams competing at WSCI 2026. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. We’re so happy we got to share this experience with you. From the preparation to the tournament itself, you’ve given us memories we’ll never forget. When it came to passion for the grind, there was no separating these six teams. It was an honor to see that dedication up close and support you throughout the tournament. Thank you to every player, coach, and staff member who made this such a memorable experience. We hope you’re taking home as many good memories as we are!💛 #WSCI2026 @lolesports

My final goodbye to @FEARXBOOTCAMP. What I'll miss most is the people. Teams who flew across the world, faces who kept coming back, and colleagues who believed in me. Special thanks to @1davidhan , @eggs_tofu , @dm_bricoleur @Matheusdiasx and everyone I worked with🙏

Solary’s incredible run has come to an end with a runner-up finish at WSCI 2026. Being by their side throughout their preparation and the tournament, we saw firsthand that the grind never stopped. We can say for sure that their dedication inspired our LCK players too.😀 It was an honor to support you. Thank you for the unforgettable memories, and we look forward to facing you at an official international tournament next time.💛 Until we meet again, keep that same passion for the grind back home in France! 💪🇫🇷 #SLYWIN #BFXWIN @BNKFEARXLoL

2/3 gg @T1LoL! 💛💙 #SLYWIN 💙💛

Just want to say how proud I am of this team. We didn’t make it to Worlds, and obviously that hurts, but I’m incredibly proud of the work, growth, and fight I’ve seen from everyone throughout this split. I haven’t been here for long, but I’m grateful for the time we’ve shared and to see how much everyone has grown, not just as players, but as human beings. Our year isn’t over yet. We still have Demacia Cup ahead of us and another opportunity to compete and finish the year strong.

ONSIDE GAMING is seeking sponsors and partners for VCT 2027 and our future endeavors across various FPS titles. First, I would like to briefly introduce myself. I have spent nearly 10 years working in esports, with experience across every level from Tier 3 to Tier 1, including player coaching, talent scouting and development, team building, and organization management. Throughout my years in esports, my focus has never been solely on achieving great results. I have always believed in creating an environment where players can realize their potential and continue to grow. I want the people who have worked with me to look back on our time together positively and move forward to their next challenges with something meaningful gained from the experience. Just as importantly, I believe in repaying the trust of our sponsors and partners through both our results and our actions. At the same time, I fully understand that professional competition is ultimately results-driven, and that we must prove ourselves through performance. After deciding to make VALORANT my primary competitive title, I took on two major challenges over the course of approximately two years, both of which led to meaningful results. My first challenge was with Sin Prisa Gaming (SPG). We started from Tier 3, progressed through Tier 2, and ultimately reached Tier 1. Being part of that entire journey from the beginning to competing at the highest level was an incredibly valuable experience for me. After completing that first journey, I decided to take a new path and study in the United States because I wanted to continue learning and growing, both personally and professionally. However, even while studying in a completely new environment, I did not want to step away from the esports scene that had been such a significant part of my life. I wanted to stay sharp and connected to competition, while also applying what I was learning in a new environment to become better myself. Most importantly, I wanted to challenge myself once again. That became the beginning of my second challenge, Onside Gaming. While studying abroad, I built another team and once again started from the process of bringing players together and developing a team from the ground up. In our second journey, we went on to win every Tier 2 series, qualify for VCT, and ultimately reach the VCT Playoffs. However, what I want to share is about more than the results we have achieved so far. I believe I still have a great deal to learn and many ways in which I can continue to grow. Rather than becoming satisfied with what we have already accomplished, I want to continue learning and growing alongside our players. I want to become someone our players and staff can trust and follow, while building a team that our sponsors and partners can confidently believe in and grow with. I fully understand the pressure and responsibility that come with the expectation to continue producing strong results. But rather than avoiding that pressure, I want to embrace it and challenge myself once again. We will continue doing everything we can to prove our potential through strong competitive results. At the same time, I want to build an organization that players want to be a part of, a team that fans want to support, and an organization that makes our sponsors and partners genuinely feel, “We are glad we chose to be part of this journey.” We will never take the support and trust of those who believe in us for granted. I will continue to grow alongside this organization and repay that trust through strong results, a meaningful process, and most importantly, our actions. Our goal is not only to achieve great results, but also to develop great players, build a great team, and create meaningful relationships that last beyond competition. As we prepare for VCT 2027 and future competition across various FPS titles, we are looking for sponsors and partners who would like to join us in building the next chapter of our journey.
