Hi, I'm free.
Beat up but fine. Police stole my phone. Settlers punched me in the face several times, likely broke @AdeleShoko's wrist and gave @the_andrey_x a concussion. They threatened to shoot us with an assault rifle over and over.
Will tell the full story later, but for now, I just want to be clear about what happened. We witnessed two settlers locking a military gate in Umm al-Khair, blocking the only way to more than twenty Palestinian communities: trapping families inside, preventing students from reaching school and workers from their jobs, blocking delivery of food and access to ambulances, etc.
It's a crime that the military has this ability at all--but last night, we discovered that random settler terrorists also have the key. We confronted them and began asking questions on camera, and they nearly murdered us for it. When the police finally arrived, they arrested Andrey and me and charged us with assault.
The gate is still locked.

Just last month, DoorDash couldn’t seem to find the money to pay their deliveristas — until our administration forced them to give back $131M+ in stolen wages and penalties.
This week, they’ve managed to find $17 billion to acquire one of their main competitors.
Corporate consolidation means higher prices, harsher exploitation, and greater economic inequality for New Yorkers.
We’ve stood up to these giants before. That doesn’t stop now.
BREAKING: DoorDash just agreed to buy Instacart for $17 billion. Here's what that means for customers and shoppers. apnews.com/article/doordash-…

Fun fact: 400,000 native Palestinian residents of Jerusalem are defined by Israeli law as neither Palestinian citizens, nor Israeli. As a result, they don't have political representation anywhere and vote nowhere - not even in the fake occupation instrument called 'the Palestinian Authority'.
With the knowledge, blessing and approval of almost every country in the world, and every international institution, on top of every other atrocity and crime against humanity documented, Israel holds 400,000 people under full ,formal denial of every political right given to any other human being on this planet.
No vote. No parliament. No representation. Transparent subjects.

Great tips from Brazil on how they turned things around for Lula online and offline:
1. Don’t ever engage, block far-right accounts immediately.
2. Don't debunk, focus on making new content on your platform.
3. Use all the tools at your disposal.
4. Be equally online and offline.
Thank you to @macklemore for creating a moment in which the city of Dublin could focus its love, solidarity and spirit of witness for the Palestinian people and their experience. Thank you also to #Beogamusic, @KNEECAPCEOL, @liamcunningham1, #LinaMakhoul, @MarkRuffalo, #alanahadid, @m1deadprez and everyone else who made that evening what it was, I was very proud to be among you all.

You’re not that loyal. El-Sayed says he’s a capitalist, not a socialist, and will continue funding US war in Ukraine. He’s a run of the mill democrat for sure but you’re telling people to vote for the republican because the dem is a brown skinned Muslim.

Today, you'll be flooded with Israeli propaganda about "we're a true democracy, not an apartheid"
All of their talking points are copied from Apartheid South Africa's propaganda (watch👇)
Apartheid South Africa's Tricameral Parliament was 42% colored & Indian in 1983, after the regime allowed 2.8 million colored & 850,000 Indian citizens to vote (while excluding 22.7 million black South Africans). Colored representatives even held ministerial positions, but without portfolios (i.e. no real power).
This is just like Israel allowing 2 million Palestinian citizens to vote while excluding 6 million in the occupied territory & 8 million in exile. The less than 15% of Israel's Knesset that is Arab are excluded from power (both Netanyahu & the opposition parties refuse to form a government with Arab parties).
Apartheid South Africa had black policemen, soldiers, engineers, doctors, & professors whom they loved to show in propaganda videos to claim "we're a cosmopolitan society". But that was only a fig leaf to hide the disenfranchisement of the overwhelming majority of blacks.
Apartheid South Africa also claimed a God-given right to the land. They also screamed "we're facing an existential threat" & are "surrounded by enemies who want to destroy us".
They also bragged "we're the only democracy in Africa", "we have Western values", "we're the only industrialized state in Africa", "we're one of the 20 most developed states on earth"... It was still an Apartheid!
Don't fall for Israel's recycled apartheid propaganda!

"There was no democratic election in Israel."
Norman Finkelstein points out that Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip make up 30% of the population under Israeli control yet cannot vote, comparing it to holding a U.S. election while excluding NY, CA, TX, and FL.

Yesterday, I returned to @Columbia to speak about my book, No Land to Stand On.
For over a year since my release, Columbia’s administration and trustees kept me off campus, hiding behind bogus “safety and security” claims. In reality, they sought to silence anything tied to Palestine, anything that exposes their repression, their retaliation, and their complicity in genocide. It failed.
We’re back, and we’ll continue to speak for Palestine.

The United States has fired more interceptors to defend Israel than Israel has.
"The US fired an estimated 609 ballistic missile interceptors to defend Israeli territory from October 2023 through September 2026, based on analysis of Pentagon budget documents, media reports, and open-source intelligence."
"This does not include the interceptors the US fired to protect its own military assets while waging war on Israel’s behalf, including the 30 Patriot interceptors US troops used on June 23, 2025, to shoot down 13 missiles fired at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar (Iran’s telegraphed retaliation for the US attacks on June 21), and virtually all of the approximately 1,800 Patriot interceptors the US fired in the first seven months of the Iran War."

With almost no media coverage, in great part because the majority of these villages were Shia, Israel has completely leveled 48 of 60 cities in Southern Lebanon.
It might be the single biggest ethnic cleansing campaign in modern history with the least international pushback.
Today, 48 of the roughly 60 villages and towns within Israeli-occupied southern Lebanon are mostly levelled, a NYT analysis has found. nytimes.com/interactive/2026…
