Day after day two women, @SharriMarkson and @Erin_Molan courageously call out the evils of Hamas. After seeing the sickening live coverage of Hamas parading the coffins of hostage babies, I thought it was time to commend Sharri and Erin for their courage and moral decency.
Unreliable public transport is no service at all. Like Sydney @FerriesInfo not stopping to pick up Parramatta River passengers. Did it not occur to them to increase school holiday capacity? @ChrisMinnsMP inherited a mess.
My thoughts are with the @ServiceNSW team today following the horrific incident at Haymarket. I’ve never experienced anything other than friendly efficient service at their outlets. A great example of customer service with a human touch.
Happy birthday call to Glenn at @MidCoastWater who, even after a busy day already, wouldn’t rest yesterday until he restored water pressure for us in Harrington. A proud Australian Army veteran and all round good bloke.
As a young NT News reporter in Darwin in the 70s, I had the pleasure of interviewing @OfficialKamahl who couldn’t have been nicer or more patient with a novice reporter. Kamahl doesn’t deserve the unfriendly abuse he has been copping of late. Hang in there mate.
Well done to @ServiceNSW team at Macquarie Centre in Sydney. Still providing service with a smile after 5 yesterday at the end of what appeared to be a frantically busy day.
So good.
Just as they did at Buckingham Palace twenty years ago to show solidarity with our US allies, the Band of the @WelshGuards this morning played the US National Anthem at changing of the guard. #911Memorial #NeverForget @Corpsarmymusic @RoyalFamily @UKinUSA @BritishArmy
Incredible to think @9NewsAUS is still defending their outrageous Taliban interview on Australia’s Diggers.
The Bookshelf feature in @australian each day is one of the must reads in the paper but never more so than today with Fiona Harari’s account of Holocaust survivor Phillip Maisel and his new book ‘The Keeper of Miracles’.

Two of Sydney’s best tv reporters @MarkWBurrows and @PaulKadak side by side at the daily covid media update. Experienced hands on the biggest story of our time.
It’s a pleasure to watch @sallypearson in her #TokyoOlympics2021 athletics commentary on @SevenNetwork_ Her knowledge and intelligence come shining through. A star of the 7 coverage. A champion in all respects.
They CANNOT be serious. @AMA_NSW says offenders who spit on health and emergency services workers have rights and shouldn’t be subject to mandatory blood tests to rule out blood borne diseases. And the AMA claims to represent health workers? How strange.
What a fabulous story.
These two pilots spent 62 years between them flying jetliners around the globe for Qantas. But 7 months ago the high fliers came down to earth in a hurry.
And now, they’re driving buses. @Lisa_Wilkinson has this emotional story.

Well done to @ServiceNSW team at Macquarie Centre. Friendly and efficient service assisting the public at a difficult time during pandemic. Staff greeting at door and check-in excellent.
Read every story. Each one inspiring in its own way.
An astonishing 500 WW11 vets are 100 years or older! Hats off to the Daily Tele team for this fantastic souvenir tribute: @Gemma__Jones

Very sad to hear of Dame Vera Lynn’s passing. The Forces’ Sweetheart and a legend of the finest generation. What would she have made of London’s Cenotaph and Sir Winston Churchill’s statue being vandalised the other day? It would surely have broken her heart.
And if @JohnCleese was making this 10 minutes ago he coukd day how much more fun it is being an extremist — right or left — with a smart phone in hand to upload the ‘outrage’.
I didn’t watch @60Mins on principle because it’s such a lightweight shadow of its former self but did they really devote their full hour to this? The headline seems to sum it up.
