people asking why ao3 didn’t give a heads up. imo the issue is unexpected to them too. they always give a heads up in the past that said, ao3 is run by VOLUNTEERS. they don’t get paid. please be kind, patient and respectful to them thank you ao3 volunteers for all that you do
