.....focus on what is controllable....the rest is .....well....just stuff....non important stuff.
Keep as fit as possible, eat well, be present, speak to people about your feelings, allow yourself to laugh, sing like nobody is listening and dance like nobody is watching, do things for others, care intently and love passionately!

Completely heartbreaking. People in schools give their time and a huge proportion of their lives and hearts to make a difference. Ruth, her family and friends have paid the ultimate price.
I’m forever hopeful that lessons will be learned.
The coroner concluded:
‘The inspection lacked fairness, respect and sensitivity and at times was rude and intimidating.’
