I cant stress the importance on going through your resume and analyzing what TRANSFERRABLE skills you have that go hand in hand with where you’re trying to pivot. Make them standout, reword your experience and GEL the job description w/ your resume.

One thing I will say after serving on interview panels, people like upbeat/positive people. They will often pick someone who may not be a “SME”, because of their energy and vibes over someone who has a dry personality. People want to enjoy who they work with.

quickest way out of poverty is a high income And that’s usually achieved through skills/education. Entrepreneurship is rarely the answer except if you have a strategy (side hustle to full time gig) or a certain level of funding

I think the biggest lesson I learned this year is to accept people for who they show up to be & release any expectations/ideologies I have of them. If they don’t show up in ways I need, release them & make room for people that will effortlessly.
