I urgently need help from a REAL HUMAN. My YouTube channel has been repeatedly targeted with reports, and your automated enforcement systems are failing me. I am an investigative journalist who EXPOSES scams, not someone who promotes them. Yet I am now being accused of being a scammer myself. This situation is causing enormous stress and threatening my livelihood. I have already submitted an appeal, but I am deeply concerned that my explanation has not received a proper human review. The image you referred to was published in a blog on my personal website, NOT in a YouTube video. It documents messages containing apparent extortion attempts and threats. Although I cannot prove that the individual involved is responsible for the reports against my channel, the videos being targeted are the same ones that person previously demanded I remove. I have published over 3,000 videos exposing fraud. For the past two and a half months, I have sent multiple emails raising concerns about what appears to be a coordinated attack against my channel. My correspondence has gone unanswered, and my concerns remain unresolved. My YouTube channel has now been removed TWICE in just THREE DAYS. Even if my channel is reinstated, I am now facing two copyright strikes relating to thumbnails for which I own the copyright. How are copyright complaints being submitted and processed while my channel is already removed? I cannot effectively defend my journalism when automated systems appear to misunderstand my work and my detailed explanations go unanswered. I am not promoting scams. I am exposing the people behind them. Please escalate this matter to a real person who can review my appeal, investigate the pattern of reports, examine the copyright complaints, and help protect legitimate investigative journalism. youtube.com/channel/UCjmXwpK… @TeamYouTube

SEC Sues BG Wealth Sharing and DSJ Exchange Over Alleged $130 Million Fraud On 29 October 2026, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a federal civil lawsuit against BG Wealth Sharing Ltd and DSJ Exchange Pty Ltd, alleging they operated a fraudulent cryptocurrency investment scheme that raised more than US$130 million. For victims, this is a significant development. It doesn’t guarantee compensation, but it could be an important step towards accountability. We’ve been investigating this operation for a long time. On 5 June 2026, I published an investigation covering BG Wealth Sharing and enforcement action involving promoters Thaddious Thomas and Gagandeep Sarkaria. Our research goes back even further. On 1 January 2026, I published an investigation into the collapse of CR Group LLC (UICEX), an operation we believe may be connected to the same network. We suspect approximately 15 variations of these investment schemes may be connected. This remains our investigative theory, not an established SEC finding. Why This Lawsuit Matters What particularly interests me is that the SEC has sued the corporate entities even though the identities of the overseas operators remain publicly unknown. Somebody registered these companies. Somebody filed the paperwork. Somebody paid the fees. Somebody promoted these opportunities. The SEC can compel relevant financial records, communications and testimony through its investigative powers, subject to legal requirements. Those who knowingly facilitated fraudulent activity could potentially face personal legal consequences. Our Avengers Have Preserved The Evidence The Avengers Anti-Fraud Alliance has compiled a substantial database documenting promoters across approximately 15 suspected connected schemes. We’ve preserved promotional videos, recruitment presentations, online meetings and evidence of individuals moving between platforms. Many promoters have since deleted their promotional material. Fortunately, we preserved substantial evidence. We are willing to share our documented findings with the SEC, FBI and other appropriate law-enforcement agencies. We are not suggesting every promoter knowingly participated in fraud. That is for investigators to determine. For everyone who lost money, I hope this action marks the beginning of meaningful accountability. The company names may change. Websites may disappear. But financial transactions and preserved evidence can tell a different story. TROY DOOLY INTERVIEWS MARTY HALE: 35 MINUTES OF STORIES, BUT WHERE’S THE EVIDENCE? SHIFT AI INVESTIGATION — PART 1 OF 4 Troy Dooly has released the first instalment of his four-part interview with SHIFT AI founder Marty Hale. I’ve reviewed the 35-minute recording, and there are some extraordinary claims that deserve serious scrutiny. Troy presents himself as an experienced journalist conducting an independent interview. Yet at approximately 3:32, he makes a revealing admission: “I’ve not verified what the critics say. I’ve not verified what Marty said.” I appreciate the admission, Troy. But that raises an important question. Why publish extraordinary business claims without first establishing whether they’re true? The first instalment spends considerable time discussing Marty’s missionary work, religious beliefs, family, mountain biking and personal experiences with criticism. That’s all very interesting, but none of it establishes whether SHIFT AI is a legitimate business opportunity or whether its financial and technological claims can withstand independent scrutiny. And there were several statements that should have stopped this interview in its tracks. THE $800 MILLION QUESTION — 24:25 Marty claims Folium Biosciences did $800 MILLION in 2018. Eight hundred million dollars! Troy, did you ask to see audited financial statements? Was that actual annual revenue, a company valuation, projected sales or something else? Where are the company accounts supporting this figure? An extraordinary financial claim requires more than an enthusiastic reaction from the interviewer. THE 10,000 PRODUCTS CLAIM — 23:10 Marty claims Folium manufactured more than 10,000 unique products, supplying major companies and retail brands. Which products? Which customers? Where are the manufacturing records or independent evidence supporting those numbers? I’m not saying the claim is automatically false. I’m saying that an investigator should establish whether it’s true. THE BUSINESS SALE — 14:21 Marty says he sold his business to Paul Meyer. Which business? What was its registered company name? When was it sold? What did the buyer acquire, and where is the transaction documentation? I’ve already challenged Troy to identify a single company Marty founded or owned that was subsequently purchased and taken public. Being employed by a business, consulting for it or helping it grow is not the same as owning and selling it. ANOTHER PUBLIC LISTING CLAIM — 26:47 Marty says he helped take a brand public. Excellent. That should be easy to verify. What was the company name? Which stock exchange? What ticker symbol? When did the listing happen, and what exactly was Marty’s role? If a company went public, there should be a documentary trail. Show us. THE SHIFT AI BUSINESS MODEL — 17:10 Marty compares SHIFT AI to a telecommunications business purchasing services wholesale and reselling them to customers. But that analogy avoids the central question surrounding SHIFT AI. Are people buying AI credits because they genuinely need the services, or because purchasing credits gives them an opportunity to earn money through the compensation system? That distinction matters enormously. Where are the independently verified retail revenue figures? Where are the records showing how many credits are actually consumed? How much money comes from customers who have no interest in earning commissions? And while we’re asking for evidence, let’s not forget the other unanswered questions. WHERE IS THE ECOPAY PATENT NUMBER? You don’t need a science degree to verify a patent. Give us the patent or patent-application number, identify the owner, and let the public examine the official record. WATCH TROY DOOLY’S INTERVIEW WITH MARTY HALE — PART 1: facebook.com/share/v/16Km49r… I encourage everyone to watch the original recording, examine the claims and ask for the documents. #SHIFTAI #DEHEK

Featured in The Guardian — Exposing an International Network of Literary Scams! I’m pleased to share that I’ve been featured and quoted in a major investigative article published today, 29 October 2026, in The Guardian, written by investigative journalist Snigdha Poonam. The investigation exposes an international industry targeting authors with fake publishing opportunities, book club invitations, literary agents and promises of lucrative film deals. My contribution included supplying an internal spreadsheet from a suspected scam operation in Karachi, Pakistan, documenting how hundreds of authors were being targeted, categorised and approached with offers of publishing-related services. The article also features information from a former worker in Pakistan who came forward after learning about the investigation through me. This is why I do what I do. Fraud isn’t always about cryptocurrency or Ponzi schemes. It comes in many forms, and behind every convincing sales pitch there may be an organised operation designed to exploit somebody’s ambitions, trust or financial vulnerability. I work alongside a dedicated network of independent researchers and whistleblowers to expose these operations, connect the evidence and help prevent more people from becoming victims. A big thank you to Snigdha Poonam and The Guardian for bringing this important story to a wider audience. PLAYGLOBAL: WHEN SELF-PROMOTION STARTS LOOKING LIKE INDEPENDENT BUSINESS NEWS How do you create the impression of a rapidly expanding international business empire? One way is to keep publishing announcements about new partnerships, ambitious projects and exciting industries. Then share those announcements as evidence of your growing success. That's something I've been examining in my ongoing investigation into Daniel Baumgartner and PLAYGLOBAL. On 1 October 2026, Baumgartner published an article about connecting real-world assets, technologies and opportunities. On 7 October, another announcement promoted a joint venture between PLAYGLOBAL Digital and VALYGO Labs, covering blockchain infrastructure and financial technology. Now there's another announcement about a proposed international venture involving PLAYGLOBAL SA and Swiss company Natural-Power International AG, bringing graphene, nanotechnology and advanced industrial materials into the picture. What's interesting is that these articles appear on PLAYGLOBAL's own Medium publication, with Baumgartner identified as the author. These are company-generated promotional announcements, not independent journalistic investigations. There's nothing inherently wrong with businesses publishing their own news. The problem arises when promotional claims are mistaken for independent evidence of commercial success. A joint venture announcement doesn't establish that financing has been secured. A strategic partnership doesn't prove that revenue is being generated. And an impressive list of international companies doesn't establish that substantial assets are under management. I'm not suggesting these partnerships are fictitious. I'm asking what independently verifiable commercial activity exists behind the announcements. My message to anyone considering a financial opportunity: don't confuse publicity with proof. Ask to see the contracts, regulatory authorisations, financial statements, actual projects and evidence of completed business. Because anyone can publish an impressive announcement. Delivering what was announced is an entirely different matter. Read the latest PLAYGLOBAL announcement: medium.com/playglobal/playgl… #PLAYGLOBAL #DanielBaumgartner #deHek
