Hungarian Olympian Réka György, who lost a place in an NCAA swimming final after competing against trans swimmer Lia Thomas, criticized Virginia Gov. Spanberger’s admin for abandoning a proposed regulation intended to protect female sports and private spaces.
György was one of three female swimmers who petitioned the Virginia Board of Health to enact the regulation last year.
The board unanimously approved the petition under former Gov. Youngkin, but the regulatory action was withdrawn in July after Spanberger took office.

Muslim countries that are stepping up the fight against Islamists are embracing Israel more and more, while Western governments courting Islamist voters are condemning it more and more.”
Neuer is a Jewish-Canadian international lawyer, activist, and human rights advocate who serves as executive director of UN Watch, based in Geneva. He is known primarily as the most prominent fighter on the international stage against anti-Israel bias at the UN. In the international press, he was even once called “the most hated man at the UN.”

In 12 days, @SpanbergerForVA's parole board could release the infamous Ocean View rapist who terrorized Hampton Roads. He was sentenced to life plus 273 years. Detectives described him as one of the most violent sexual predators they'd ever encountered.

A Memphis mother did not mince words. After years of gunfire, empty streets, and ignored pleas, Dalisia Ballinger told Fox News the difference is obvious.

“We’ve been begging for years for our local leaders for assistance and for help.”

President Trump signed the memorandum creating the Memphis Safe Task Force on September 15, 2025. Federal agents, local police, and the Tennessee National Guard went to work in a city that had become a national embarrassment for violent crime. One year later the numbers are not subtle: more than 12,700 arrests, including homicide suspects, gang members, and sex offenders; more than 2,160 illegal firearms seized; 189 missing children recovered.
Overall crime is down nearly 36 percent. Murders dropped 36 percent. Robberies fell more than 40 percent. Vehicle thefts plunged 57 percent.
Local Democratic leadership spent years talking about root causes while neighborhoods emptied and families lived in fear. Ballinger, a violent-crime victim herself, watched a house four doors down get riddled with roughly 30 rounds. The family never came back. The grass grew. Then the task force arrived and the shooting stopped.
Now the same local prosecutor is in court fighting state laws that would require transparency on how task-force cases are handled. Residents who actually live with the results are not buying the excuses. They asked for help for years. Washington finally sent it. The streets got quieter. The kids came outside. That is the record.
ICE Newark officers arrested Zokhid Zakhidov, an illegal alien from Uzbekistan, in Woodbridge, New Jersey, on Aug. 23.
Zakhidov, who was in possession of a New York commercial learner permit, is in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
His criminal history includes a New York DUI conviction from earlier this year and pending charges for assault with intent to cause physical injury and harassment dating back to January.
