Some tales are best told after dark…
This Halloween, turn down the lights and step into the world of ‘Tales Of Mystery And Imagination’. Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s tales of horror and haunting poetry, The Alan Parsons Project’s debut album is still stirring the imagination 50 years on.
Which track still sends a shiver down your spine?

Great news
We have been awarded £7,990 from the @MontirexUK Foundation to support our weekend REACH programme.
The funding will help cover costs for extended hours, staff, equipment and inductions for new starters.

Apparently according to some bitter plebs, my drawings don’t look like the players at all. I might not be bloody Picasso but heck I think they are decent attempts. 🤷♂️

Nobody’s asking for Real Madrid, mate. We’re asking for an Everton side with a clear identity, attacking intent and a plan beyond hoping for the best. Calling out poor performances isn’t having an agenda. It’s having standards. Supporting Everton doesn’t mean accepting mediocrity

The Beatles – Sun King
Wistful, even faintly otherworldly. A languid, very stoned drift into a world of gorgeous harmonies and cod-Mediterranean babble. A song to bask in, and to lose yourself in.
1969.
This was Rio Ferdinand talking about David Moyes 8 years ago. This is exactly what he did yesterday with the starting line up. This loser mentality is why he will never be successful at our club.
He’s not developed as a manager at all, football has changed.
