So here's the messed up part about GrubHub/DoorDash/etc/ drivers and tips. I have to tip a good amount to even get my food before it gets cold, but then I get my drink without a straw and my fries are tossed all over the bag. It used to be you tipped for good service.

hey @ChaseSupport it's bad enough that you have to wait on hold for an hour to talk to someone in the Fraud department but were you aware that 1/2 the time it plays music and the other 1/2 it plays this god-awful static?
