I am guessing "SCOTUS action" will take the form of an order without reasoning denying relief, with up to two justices dissenting from that order without reasoning.

'This was all part of a coordinated effort by Democrats dating back to last year. They wanted to stack the Senate ballot in Mary Peltola's favor.' Kellen Browning, a reporter for the New York Times, joins @jaketapper to share his reporting that Democrats affiliated with Alaska Senate candidate Mary Peltola worked to recruit spoiler candidates for the race.
