मैं एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार का व्यक्ति हूँ मैं रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ का निवासी हूँ मैंने दिसंबर 2019 में PNB Housing Ltd. से ₹33,25,000 का होम लोन लेकर अपने परिवार का एकमात्र घर खरीदा था।
वर्ष 2020 में COVID-19 लॉकडाउन के कारण मेरा व्यवसाय लगभग समाप्त हो गया। इसके बाद लंबे समय तक नौकरी में अस्थिरता रही तथा लगभग 8 महीने बेरोजगार भी रहा। पिछले दो वर्षों में मुझे 4 बार नौकरी बदलनी पड़ी। इन कठिन परिस्थितियों के बावजूद मैंने अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाते हुए ऋण का भुगतान लगातार जारी रखा।
मेरा मूल होम लोन ₹33,25,000 का था। प्रारंभ में मेरी EMI लगभग ₹35,000 प्रति माह थी, जो बाद में बढ़कर पिछले लगभग 2.5 वर्षों से ₹44,486 प्रति माह हो गई है। इसके बावजूद आज तक मैं 78 में से 70 EMI जमा कर चुका हूँ तथा इस माह की EMI भी जमा हो चुकी है। केवल 8 EMI आर्थिक कठिनाइयों एवं रोजगार में अस्थिरता के कारण प्रभावित हुईं।
मैंने अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति और भुगतान संबंधी कठिनाइयों के बारे में बैंक अधिकारियों से मौखिक रूप से कई बार चर्चा की तथा समाधान का प्रयास किया।
बैंक की प्रस्तावित कब्जे की कार्रवाई को चुनौती देते हुए मैंने माननीय छत्तीसगढ़ हाई कोर्ट, बिलासपुर में रिट याचिका WPC No. 16762/2026 दायर की है। इसकी जानकारी एवं Acknowledgement संबंधित अधिकारियों को भी उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है।
इसके बावजूद PNB Housing Ltd. द्वारा दिनांक 31-07-2026 को मेरे परिवार के एकमात्र घर पर कब्जे की कार्रवाई की जा रही है, जबकि मामला माननीय हाई कोर्ट के समक्ष विचाराधीन है।
मैं कानून और न्यायपालिका का पूरा सम्मान करता हूँ। मेरा केवल इतना विनम्र निवेदन है कि माननीय न्यायालय को मेरे मामले पर विचार करने का अवसर मिलने तक कृपया कोई अपरिवर्तनीय कार्रवाई न की जाए।
मैं और मेरा परिवार अत्यंत मानसिक, आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक तनाव में हैं। आप सभी से करबद्ध प्रार्थना है कि कृपया मानवीय आधार पर हस्तक्षेप कर न्यायपूर्ण प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करने में सहायता करें ताकि मेरे परिवार का एकमात्र आशियाना सुरक्षित रह सके।

Your recovery agent refused to state her agency name (violating RBI guidelines), repeatedly called me "fraud," abused me in foul language, and threatened/blackmailed to contact my family over a due payment. Take immediate action and investigate this recording. I have call recording of this conversation. @RBI take cognizance and take immediate action.
