Lost in the discussion is the fact that requiring 2 "non-majority" At-Large DC Council seats is fundamentally undemocratic, since Home Rule inception. Where else in the USA does this exist? End this in new Congress!

She’s right, but people will stay mad because that’s what they do best. Reality check: VP’s have zero authority to overrule the President. They are an advisor, not the final decision-maker. People will still blame them anyway because nuance is dead.
