If you look closely at Trump's actual actions on the world stage, one thing you'll notice are huge operations against drug trafficking going on near constantly, whether it's attacks on S. American cartels or the IRGC/Kurdish controlled land corridor from Afghanistan to the West. Operations of such scale never usually happen under a US president.
This is not simply to protect American citizens, it's to choke out the old Empire, who in the background still derive both finance and the capacity to psy-op the planet into subjugation from black money flows. The old Empire was built on drug running and on using opiates to subjugate.
