@Gallardo_Mati's flight got delayed 5 times. He landed 3 hours before @EFDevcon, no sleep, and walked straight in. 🇦🇷🇮🇳
That's LATAM. We don't come to watch, we come to build.
In @Starknet today with @dextroalien and @jennyt_eth, showing the world what @pollar_xyz is made of.

Next in PerkOS: a unified entitlement layer for agent infrastructure.
wallet signature → live authorization → free usage allowance → metering → settlement
Unauthorized wallets remain blocked. Payment never buys access.
Authorized users will be able to test real workflows first, then continue through usage-based or monthly billing with card and stablecoin rails, including USDC, USDT and USDG.
PERKOS is being designed as the network activation layer: lock on the network you use, unlock product benefits there, while keeping ownership of your tokens.
The same entitlement system will extend across PerkOS App, agent infrastructure, websites, commerce and the services coming next.
A programmable access, usage and settlement layer for the agent economy.
We’re implementing it now.

GPT-6 ASTRA DID IN 7 DAYS WHAT SCIENTISTS SPENT 20 YEARS MAPPING.
Scientists spent two decades reconstructing the brain of a fruit fly, and now AI has taken that map and turned it into something that actually works.
The fly has just 166,700 neurons, packed into a brain roughly the size of a poppy seed, yet its digital counterpart can already generate surprisingly complex behavior, raising an uncomfortable question about how much computation we really need to reproduce intelligence.
Most AI systems learn by consuming enormous datasets and running billions of computations until useful patterns emerge, but this approach takes a completely different path: instead of training a giant model on the world, researchers took the physical wiring of a biological brain and simulated it directly inside a computer.
- No giant dataset.
- No traditional training.
- No billions of learned parameters.
The digital fruit fly reached roughly 91% behavioral accuracy using only four ingredients: the complete neural connectivity map, synaptic connection counts used as connection weights, the classification of neurons as excitatory or inhibitory, and an extremely simple Leaky Integrate-and-Fire neuron model.
That is the part that should make you stop and think.
The intelligence was not explicitly programmed into the system; much of the behavior emerged from the structure itself, suggesting that the topology of a biological neural network may encode far more of the brain’s “software” than we previously understood.
A model with fewer parameters than most modern AI systems can already do something remarkable because the fly’s brain has already been shaped by evolution for millions of years.
Your LLM has more parameters than there are flies on Earth.
The fly already shipped.
And if the same idea can scale from 166,700 neurons in a fruit fly to millions in a mouse and eventually toward the roughly 86 billion neurons in a human brain, whole-brain simulation could become one of the most important frontiers in AI.
This is not the fly becoming human.
This is you realizing how little you needed
Yesterday was about what shipped.
Today is about why the market is moving in that direction.
Tokenized stocks are moving from announcement to market structure.
Robinhood Chain (@RobinhoodApp) launched Stock Tokens with 24/7 DeFi access for eligible users. @Uniswap is live as a primary public AMM across the Protocol, UniswapX, Web App, Wallet, and API.
Now @Uniswap Auctions and CCA are live on Robinhood Chain too: onchain price discovery, token auctions, and liquidity bootstrapping on Uniswap v4.
That matters because utility tokens and stock tokens are converging into the same problem space.
Utility tokens make services callable and payable.
Stock tokens make market exposure programmable.
Agents will need to move across both.
That creates a harder problem:
which contract is canonical
which venue has usable liquidity
which user is eligible
which data source priced the instrument
which action was allowed
which receipt proves what happened
This is where PerkOS fits.
As utility-token services and tokenized market surfaces become callable by agents, the missing layer is identity, permissions, payments, market data, risk signals, validation, and receipts.
@Uniswap gives tokenized markets public liquidity.
$PerkOS is building the agent infrastructure around it.

We built VeilGate: a zero-knowledge shielded pool on Stellar for private micropayments.
Deposit → prove in-browser (Groth16) → a relayer, not your wallet, pays the publisher.
Different accounts break the on-chain link. Verified live on Stellar testnet: veilgate.vercel.app/
