Yesterday I mentioned a book, so here it is: together with @ansgohar we wrote the 2nd edition of Spring Boot and Angular, and it's out now with Packt 📘 21 chapters, building a full-stack app, from Spring Boot microservices to the @angular front end. amazon.com/Spring-Boot-Angul…

Moving a form to Angular 22's Signal Forms is mostly a straight swap. fb group becomes form(), Validators become schema rules, formControlName becomes [formField]. Both live in the same app, so you can go one form at a time 👇 @ThePracticalDev dev.to/dimeloper/angular-sig…

I migrated the task board from my NgRx Signal Store articles. Its store is event-driven, so submit() needed something it could await. A mutation gives it that, and it dispatches the events the store already has. Have you tried #angular Signal Forms in any of your projects yet?

Every #FrontEnd chapter is built on #angular v22 and @ngrx_io Signals 22, wired to Spring Boot 4 microservices: signal components, Signal Store with events, hybrid rendering, deferred loading, real-time updates with SSE and testing with vitest.

If you write Java and want to get into Angular, or the other way round, that's exactly who we wrote it for. Kindle or paperback, and both come with a free PDF. Which side of the stack would you start with?

It's been a while 👋 but over the past year I actually wrote a book and built some more apps. Today I'm launching the first one: DevSweeper, a menu bar app that finds the disk space your dev tools leave behind. devsweeper.com

Sizes are what you'd actually get back. Blocks shared through APFS clones aren't counted, so a uv cache cloned into your venvs shows its real cost.

Warestack - agentic pre-production checks for engineering teams shipping fast with a mix of humans and agents. This acts as a defense layer against AI slop, ensuring organizational standards are actually followed. Agent guidelines (Cursor, Claude, etc.) are often just suggestions / wishes that live in local environments. Watchflow.dev is our open-source project - free and self-hostable for anyone.

Gave my talk on "Unlocking Reactive State Super Powers with NgRx Signal Store" at @voxxed_thess last week. Walked through three progressive approaches to #Angular state management. Thread 🧵

1. Component signals for local state 2. SignalStore with methods for features 3. Event-driven architecture for coordination The pattern: start simple, evolve when increased complexity demands it. All examples from the talk are on GitHub: github.com/dimeloper/task-tr…

From direct method calls to an event-based Flux-inspired pattern, in my latest article see how NgRx Signal Store transforms state management in medium-to-large #Angular apps. @ThePracticalDev dev.to/dimeloper/event-drive…
