Brain surgery explained
we announced so many new features today @GoEntire that I want to make sure one of my favorites gets its spot in the limelight. Project level trails organize work across multiple repos in one view with no page loads and all of the context you need

Entire is the ONLY company I've invested in the last two years: b/c it's clear that we need an "AI-native" GitHub, and also clear that GitHub cannot disrupt itself. Entire just reinvented the PR for agents with Trails, and offer a Git forge that can handle agent load:
Agents reinvented how we produce code. It changed our tools and half of our workflow. It’s time for the other half to catch up. Today, we’re shipping Entire: the Git forge for agent-human collaboration. We’ve built @GoEntire using Entire. Now we want to see what you'll build with it. Here’s why and what’s different. 🧵

We had the first prototype of a PR replacement in April. Including agent reviews and evals. It was active on one repo and quite rough in the beginning. Two months later we moved everything to Trails. Today we have it on Entire and GitHub repos. The foundation is set and we are rapidly expanding our automations.
Your agent can write the code. Can your workflow keep up? The Git forge for agent-human collaboration is live now. We’ve built Entire using Entire. Now it’s your turn. Welcome to the rebellion.

crazy how many iterations you need to do to end up with the simplest solution.

Haven't seen this one coming but a shared "Claude Artifact" now creates the same shivers as a shared "Google doc" did before.

Have we already talked about the hundreds of "Retry" buttons agents are slopping in to any platforms frontend now, and in most cases the defect simply won't be solved by a fcking retry. It's usually a backend error.

“One persons slop is another persons problem” @prchdk

Everyone has been doing it already, even before agents. It's the result of a broken process/tooling or lack of incentives. It's a problem which is about to be solved by end of this year though.

Open X. Read about the AI apocalypse while explaining "the smartest model" that this is not something "for a separate pass" and it should keep the fck going!

Finally feeling in the position to bring over the last remaining piece of "home automation" into @home_assistant. Eltako hasn't made it straight forward but with some additional hardware gateway, some open source library github.com/grimmpp/eltako14b… and the power of AI I'm sensing success around the corner!

Whenever a new model is released by any of the big providers the previous version gets dumber (subjectively perceived). It’s not because new is better. I mean it literally. All of a sudden small fuck ups everywhere. Is nerving a best practice or is it just coincidence?

An agent needs to know which pattern your team settled on and why a change landed. That context no longer sits in just the code. Today we’re releasing Agentic Search: one API across every repo your agent can access, returning the code, the session, transcript, and prompt behind the change. Built with @turbopuffer entire.io/blog/introducing-a…

Shit. Not using any of them.
Time to touch some grass folks...

It’s about time for a label that clearly indicates if a product contains any plastic. Not just apparel but anything.

Been doing a lot of Grok 4.6 today and it got a lot better but every now and then it has a stroke and the session goes completely to dust.
