Zero responses. Deadline passed. Voters deleted. EROs are statutory officers under the Representation of the People Act 1950. Their authority over voter rolls is constitutionally protected. One deputationist from a Modi government body overruled them all. This is not a technical glitch. This is not an administrative oversight. A person with no statutory authority, placed inside ECI by the Modi government, locked out India's own election officers from India's own voter database, while 13 crore names were being processed. So the questions are simple: 🔴 Under whose written orders did she lock EROs out? 🔴 Who in the Modi government authorised her continued control of the database? 🔴 Why have 8 formal emails gone unanswered, and who told her not to respond? 🔴 Why does a NIC deputationist, not an ECI statutory officer, control the most sensitive electoral infrastructure in the world's largest democracy? The Supreme Court is already asking about ECINet. The SC notice is already on record. The IIT audit is already ordered. Add Seema Khanna to that audit. Immediately. Under oath. Because right now, the voter database of 97 crore Indians is sitting in one office, controlled by one person, answering to a government whose electoral roll revision is under active Supreme Court scrutiny.
