Yesterday, a fight escalated into a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee.
The two individuals involved were identified as 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly aka βChud the Builder,β and another man.
Both sustained gunshot wounds and were hospitalized in stable condition.
Eatherly was arrested and charged with criminal attempt murder (15-60 years), employing a firearm during a dangerous felony (minimum 6 years), aggravated assault (3 to 15 years), and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon (1 to 6 years).
Eartherly was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
