I just experienced the worst customer service policies and procedures from @CommScope @ARRIS. When an expensive modem dies after 8 months and with a 2-year warranty, it should not cost me money, and so much time, to get it replaced. They lost me as a customer.

VERY disappointed in the Richmond, TX @PapaJohns. They delivered double the order and got rude and unprofessional when we "refused" to pay for the extra pizza. This is a school district. We're not paying for their mistake. They forgot there are other pizza places in town.
