#AmericanAirlines is quite possibly the worst U.S. carrier. My: “can I please request preboarding with small child, I need to setup a baby seat” was met with: “are you in 1st class or active military”? We dont do that, but I cant stop you”... what a customer service!
@americanairlines is the world’s shittiest airline. The issue with language localization file that takes 2 minutes to fix made the 10 hour flight appear like an eternity. So many people with restless kids on board. Technology cannot fix poor business decisions. Never again!
