Switched to @BuildJet for building arm/arm64 Dokku images in CI. Now instead of timing out after an hour or taking ~20 minutes to build, ARM/ARM64 builds complete in 2 minutes, as quickly as AMD64!

Took me a little less than 10 minutes to implement and deploy (to dokku) a /xlsx2tsv/N handler (sorely needed today) for my golang-based "cgi" webapp.
There's pretty good modules out there, and mostly of good quality, and the base ones are fantastic to use.
