Building Honest Phones, a marketplace for used phones in any condition.
Every IMEI checked. Condition graded from fixed fields. Payment held until the buyer inspects the phone. 3% seller fee.
It's early. If you were me, what would you do this week?

It's getting someone to trust a stranger with $500.
Ours: Stripe holds the money until the buyer checks the phone for 72 hours.
