PART III: RE-RUN OF THE LIVING DEAD You know the ritual. Re-run failed jobs. Re-run all jobs. Still red. Stop feeding the undead. Buildkite finds flaky tests and quarantines them automatically, before the infection spreads to every build. Shouldn’t your team spend the week shipping vs. fighting off the horde? That’s a wrap. Happy Halloween 💀

PART II: BURIED Ancient curse, modern invoice. Your default repo CI rounds every partial minute up to a whole one, on every job. Fan out a few hundred jobs and the curse will bury you... Buildkite bills per second for hosted runners. Curse, lifted. No incantation necessary. Up next: the undead return to close the trilogy.

PART I: PARANORMAL AVAILABILITY “Waiting for a runner to pick up this job…” Is your CI ghosting you when it matters most? Now showing (in a queue near you). Stay seated. Something ancient rises tomorrow.

Entire already runs its own CI on @buildkite. As of today, every team on @GoEntire can. Push → build → check on the Trail. Congrats @ashtom and the Entire team. Now every team on Entire has access to the CI orchestration platform frontier AI labs rely on to build the next wave of pioneering software.
Agents reinvented how we produce code. It changed our tools and half of our workflow. It’s time for the other half to catch up. Today, we’re shipping Entire: the Git forge for agent-human collaboration. We’ve built @GoEntire using Entire. Now we want to see what you'll build with it. Here’s why and what’s different. 🧵

Caligra just made @TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026! 🎉🚀 A pretty incredible milestone for a company we’ve backed since day one, and a team that continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible. And if you’ve ever had the pleasure of working with @dompym, there are a few Easter eggs in his C100 unboxing video that might make you smile😉 Huge congratulations to Grant Bissett and the entire Caligra team. So proud to be along for the ride!
Euphemia is invested in over 110 businesses, but few excite us as much as Caligra Dom has been in business with founder Grant Bissett since their days at Pin Payments, which they co-founded in 2011, and it's hard to overstate the ambition Dom sees in Grant's latest venture. In this video, Dom goes hands-on with an unboxing of Caligra's C100, shares what excites him about Grant's vision, and explains why he decided to write Caligra's first cheque back in 2023. It's incredible to see the team bringing Caligra to life, achieving milestone after milestone (including being featured in TIME's Best Inventions of 2026 last week! 🎉), and we're absolutely stoked to be part of the journey! A big moment for Caligra 🎉 Caligra Workbench has been named one of TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026! Huge congratulations to Grant Bissett and the team. They’re building an incredible product, and it’s awesome to see that getting recognised in TIME magazine. Caligra is one of the investments we’re most excited about at Euphemia, with Dominic Pym saying he sees "shades of early-days Apple" as he walked in the door this morning. Super proud to be backing the team. Amazing work. time.com/collection/best-inv…

Big congratulations to co-founders Ashley Lake-Johns and Wayne Deas for securing a massive NZ$5 million commitment 🚀 The commitment comes from the Australian-based All Roads Wholesale Fund, which earlier this week announced they aim to take a 25% stake in Qippay. The investment aims to help Qippay expand its open banking technology, grow its team, and one day explore its opportunities over here in Australia. It's super exciting to see open banking continue to create new opportunities for businesses and consumers, and for Euphemia, we love to see Australian investors backing innovative Kiwi startups like this. Congratulations to the entire Qippay team. Exciting times!

Dom Pym is a prolific founder, and this episode of Imperfect Company is full of lessons from founding 22 companies. @dompym is the co-founder of Up, the fastest-growing bank in Australian history and one of the only neobanks still standing, which was acquired by Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. He started his first company at fourteen, became SAP's youngest-ever employee at nineteen, and has since founded twenty-two companies, including a record label, the world's first online grain exchange, and Pin Payments.

Big news for the Aussie fintech scene! 🚀 Archa has secured A$11 million in equity funding, alongside an A$50 million debt facility, as it continues building a better way for Australian businesses to access credit and manage spending. Seeing ambitious Australian fintech founders continue to build and grow is exactly what gets us excited about this ecosystem. Archa founder Oliver Kidd recently joined 🌱 Judy Anderson-Firth on the FinTech Australia Podcast. It's well worth a listen if you haven't already! Massive congratulations to Oliver and the Archa team! 👏 youtube.com/watch?v=uHyarR5w…

Today, we're launching @airtreevc's Frontier residency in the US. Frontier is the home for ambitious Aussies and Kiwis in the US who are at the early stages of building something big. The -1 to 0 phase of a company is often the loneliest, and we want to accelerate that process. Frontier offers capital ($250k uncapped, MFN SAFE), credits (for major labs and cloud providers), and most importantly, a small community of other founders at similar stages. We think the transfer learning that comes from being surrounded by others navigating the idea maze will be the most valuable accelerant. We have 4 teams in the residency back at home base in Australia, and we're excited to bring on our first few teams in the US. If you're an Aussie or Kiwi in the US thinking about what to build, I'd love to chat.

Capital F, one of the few all-female-led VC firms, announced Wednesday the $17 million close of its debut fund. The firm backs companies building in the “female economy” — or the markets where women drive demand. That mainly falls into three buckets for spr.ly/6013B1a017
