in an uber in Rome. My driver is cold calling hotels offering his services. I have massive appreciation for that level of hustle.
month 1 at @didit was context building for me. running deals, speaking with customers, and observing how the team works. month 2 is build. here are the basic principles of the revenue org I’m building. to work at didit you need to be able to automate your own job.
Peter Cherrie… what a career. I’m honoured to have replaced him in the 70th minute of his @DundalkFC debut in a pre-season friendly against Ards in Ballyclare in 2009 😀
last year I spoke about North Korean hackers in a @WIRED article with @SimonWijckmans - is this what happened #Binance ?

customer: how can we get a higher discount?
me: by committing to a higher minimum commitment
customer: we don’t want to do that
me: we don’t want to do a discount

AI labs are buying human data. Fraud rings are selling it

Talking about customer obsession.
Today, our med spa in Barcelona hit 1,000+ Google reviews with a 4.9⭐ rating, in one of the most competitive markets out there.
This clinic alone is doing +$5M/yr revenue, highly profitable.
The best growth strategy is building something people genuinely love.
Heading to SiGMA Rome next week, 2–5 Nov.
Five of us from @didit at Hall 7, booth H7-7360.
If you’re around, come say hi. Always up for a chat about iGaming, fraud, or where to find a decent coffee near the venue.

If you don’t want to work on weekends, someone who loves what they’re building more than you do will.
And they’ll mog you big time.
Revolut's (@Revolut) Nik Storonsky (@NikStoronsky) says working weekends is a must
"Purely statistical"
when he started, there were 140 startups around him. 5 years later, 3 survived
"They all worked on weekends"
10 years in, only 2 were left
"how can you outcompete people who work nine to nine, 6 days a week?"

Weekend work for founders: must or myth?
a customer in mexico pinged us about a new government decree on age verification.
15 minutes later we had a full guide live. multiple languages. deadlines, methods compared, a fill-in template for the report platforms owe the government, 26 primary sources.
no "our legal team is reviewing." the actual thing.
most people still don't get how much marketing has changed. in a lot of companies it already has. they just haven't noticed yet.
content now costs roughly zero to make. so volume isn't the edge anymore. the edge is being first and being right.
in identity every new regulation is a demand spike. thousands of companies asking google, and increasingly chatgpt, "what do we have to do by when." the first accurate answer gets read, cited, linked, then absorbed by the models, which keep repeating it for months.
second place gets nothing.
how we run it at @didit:
content runs in loops. customer question, sales call or new regulation goes in. research, drafting, fact-checking against our own docs, translation and publishing come out. whatever ranks and gets cited feeds the next loop.
we ship a feature and the docs, changelog, landing page and launch posts exist minutes later. product docs are the source of truth, everything else is generated from them. that's why it's fast and why it's right.
we write for machines too. mcp server, agent skills, one-paste integration prompt. a growing share of our readers aren't human. they're agents picking tools for developers.
identity has always moved at the speed of compliance pdfs and quarterly webinars. we opted out.
if you're still hiring content marketers to ship one blog post a week, paying an seo agency a retainer to rank on a search page fewer people see, or waiting three weeks for launch assets... you're cooked.
the people aren't the problem. the job doesn't exist anymore.

Didit (@didit) is one API for identity and fraud.
Alberto (@albertorosasg) and Alejandro Rosas (@_arosasg) are identical twins from Barcelona. They spent their lives impersonating each other. Now AI can copy anyone's face and voice, so they built a fast way to prove who you are.
They joined YC's Winter 2026 batch with KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring and wallet screening behind a single API, with public pricing.
In May they announced their seed round:
▫️ Y Combinator (@ycombinator), Pioneer Fund (@pioneer_fund), Orange Collective and Rebel Fund (@RebelFund_VC)
▫️ Angels including Tomer London of Gusto and Taro Fukuyama (@taro_f) of Fond
