Ok, I’m think I’ve got it all figured out.
The Emergency Department is the goblins. They scurry within their basement, never knowing the suns light. Hated by the rest of the hospital and all it’s various peoples. Still, when they’re needed, even the mighty descend to their level

Lots of tin foil hat folks acknowledge that COVID deaths are reduced by the vaccine but claim an increase in all cause mortality.
In fact the opposite is true: COVID vaccination was associated with LOWER all cause mortality & non-COVID mortality.
