Finale was wonderful. Love the direction DC is heading in with prioritising making something a good piece of media first instead of flashy capeshit. I understand if you've been consuming GL comics for ~30 or so years that you'd be disappointed with this, but man it was great

Like the powerset of a Green Lantern would lend itself to flashy CGI and such but I felt like this series was more about the characters rather than splurging a blank check. It all felt quite tasteful to be honest. Excited for what's next

More than double the polys because the bones and meat had to be separate materials because the combined texture looked like actual bestgore shit lol So I seized the opportunity to give him a bit more fidelity overall. Justified bc the same model is gonna be used for FP anims

The original was impressive due to how low poly it was but when something is so optimised that the design itself is compromised then yeah thats an issue
