Bye, Hotjar and PostHog!
I want to record user sessions. I don't want to watch hours of videos. I definitely don't want to interpret them.
I made a tool that records your users and lets Claude Code watch the recording and figure out how to get more users to convert.
It's got:
🎥 Snippet to record, just like Hotjar
🤖 MCP to feed Claude and let him analyze
🏆 Goals, so Claude knows what you're pushing for
🤑 Free for the first 5k visits/month
try it and let me know what you think!

another reason I say the claudification of seo is working - this is every tracked project over the last 6 months
some weeks have ups and downs, some are pretty new. but 21/25 are gainers. 1 is new last week, and 3 are new yesterday (so I didn't count them)
but over 6 months they all trend up
combining claude with seo skills + getuserproof.com to give claude code recording/conversion data and ran a few cool experiments:
pic 1: b2c site, 0 → 15 clicks/day in 22 days
pic 2: christian resource site, dead for a year, 0 → 30 consistent clicks/day almost immediately
pic 3: dead sponsorship project, 5 → clicks/day in a month

After a year of daily scraping Reddit + LLM Citations + seo data, I finally seem to have an SEO/AI SEO setup that starts showing real traffic in about a month
Tried and failed a lot of things, but I've got some fun daily routines I've been running on new sites, dead old sites, tools, programmatic sites, everything and it seems to be working
There's so much we're told to do, it's just too tedious for us to be consistent with everything (until AI). Onsite and offsite, it really does handle the majority of what I imagine an overpriced agency would do
this site in particular was something I made beginning of last year that I had a hard time selling.
Went from 1 Google click a day to ~50/day in about a month!
popular projects aren't getting attacked, everything is, instantly
scanned 70+ projects, including one that was only 3 weeks old
-bots started trying to ssh into one proj within 8 minutes of it existing (!!)
-one bot didn't even change it's name "pentest"
-I killed a hetzner project but an old agent was still pushing data to that IP, meaning someone else could see it (😬)
I spent the last 48 hours rotating passwords, adding 2FA everywhere, and spawning agents to audit all my startups' codebases.
I tried to brute-force my own code, but, of course, OpenAI and Anthropic models wouldn't let me.
I also ordered a YubiKey for myself and to apply to OpenAI's Daybreak program.
I called my family and told them to do the same (rotate pwd + add 2FA).
Black October was the tip of the iceberg, I think.
oh no way! first x payout did happen! 😁
It feels like getting your first customer in a new business. Very grateful for this, thank you X!
i'm not sure how opus 5.5 unlocked this for me but it really has been a pleasure to work with
not only can I get more shots on goal with new projects, but the acq/seo side is just making sense, clicks and impressions up 100% in 28 days
can you imagine opus 6?
Twitter visitors were bouncing off Sales.co 76% of the time
I could have watched session recordings or read analytics, but who has the time?
GetUserProof.com recorded users and fed the data to Claude Code, and they saw a quick fix for this.
It doubled the conversion of users from Twitter!
Free to plug into your claude and your projects, got a generous free tier, putting it in all my SaaS 🙂

If you make a viral 7.5million impression tweet that lets you qualify for creator earnings, you will not get paid out (since the tweet happened before you got approved)
this is the ultimate shortcoming of dots, bot, muse, duet, et all
We all would love the AI that runs itself because we imagine it working with our decision making and creativity
But if you truly go deep with any of these tools you see the human in the loop is not only necessary, but the difference maker in people succeeding and those not succeeding
Even still the guy running 50 agents and the guy running 50 claude code tabs ends the day with "AI Brain", getting fried, but they're not on the same path
Agent guy is on the road to slopville and tabs guy is heading towards the ultimate destination that his human taste leads to
The only exception being, someone who runs their loops enough times manually to see almost every angle, then placing that thing into an agent/bot. That person's bots are much more successful than someone who goes bot-first into a job

I've never had a successfull SaaS, only services, but since Opus 5.5 I've got my first real software off the ground
$266 the first month, $1.6k this month, on track for $2.6k by month's end.
I was able to really quickly test a few bold offers that I hadn't seen elsewhere in SaaS, hone in, and go much faster than a sales guy like me should be able to go.
And since I couldn't win the saas game for so long, I spent that time in cold email, which has been the only way I've grown here.
But even better, now I can do things like SEO that I never had time to learn. Even though this thing is like 6 weeks old, I already got backlinked in a newsletter and in a linkedin article with someone just randomly finding me.
It's built around cold email, which has a bunch of secret sauce in it (it's art just as much as science) so I feel good about it being defensible.
But what I love is that now I can go test the next idea while giving this one a bit of attention daily. I was never able to do that before!
The startup I worked at for years before going indie got acquired by Salesforce yesterday
5 billion dollars
A few weeks after I sold the last of my shares to move to index funds 😭
We signed a definitive agreement to acquire @Braze, a leading customer engagement platform that helps marketers build deeper customer relationships by responding to customer behavior in real time and coordinating personalized experiences across channels.
Following close, Braze’s real-time engagement and AI decisioning capabilities are expected to complement all four layers of Salesforce’s architecture — Data 360, Customer 360, Agentforce, and SIforce.
