Everyone always ask me how they can get involved:
🩸 Donate blood & host blood drives
🩸 Donate time (volunteer at sickle cell clinics/orgs)
🩸 Donate money (to the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, Inc. — National, or a local sickle cell community based organization)
🩸 Join the NMDP registry to donate bone marrow
🩸 Support your friends, family, fraternity/sorority members, church members, classmates, etc who may be living with sickle cell. Sometimes they need help with basic needs.
