It's 10 years this Thursday since the #TourdeFrance came to #Cambridgeshire. Were you there? What do you remember? I was broadcasting from a tiny room right above the start line... These are the only pics I can find from the day - they're terrible, but we had a great time! 1/2
I was on Parker's Piece from early doors. It was quite quiet at the start, but the crowds were enormous by the time the cyclists set off. One more pic - and I'm pretty sure that's a young @BenMBoulos recording a piece to camera on top of a van! 2/2

A lot of people in my office in #Cambridgeshire saying their hayfever's worse than ever this year... Anyone else? I only started getting symptoms a few summers ago, so not got much to compare it to 🤧🫢😭 #hayfever #allergies #summer
One more pic from the weekend... Taken just after a huge thunderstorm as we were walking back to town from the beach at Wells-next-the-Sea. As a wise woman once said, if you want the rainbow... ⛈️🌈

ALT A picture of a coastal inlet dotted with small boats, with a dramatic sky overhead. Sunbeams are breaking through dark grey stormclouds, and a rainbow is touching the horizon.
Oh I do like to be beside the seaside... This was about 30 mins after the last picture I posted from Wells-next-the-Sea. The thunder was rolling but the noise of the rain drowned it out ⛈️⛈️⛈️

On the beach at Wells-next-the-Sea. It's like two seasons in one sky. Thunder rumbling and the odd flash of lightning in the distance ⛈️⛈️⛈️
