It's my first mahindra though the experience with car is great the service team is pathetic. My first visit was part of recall of thar roxx for fuel line change they delivered the car back late evening and next morning I find the tyre fully flat punctured ( pic1) . 2nd experience a month later a pebble hits the front glass. i asked the service team before sending the car if they had spares. The car is sent and an extra day is spent cause they don't have rain water sensors ( which they said they had) . I asked if they ll preserve the fast tag " yes sir we ll preserve and reapply no need to reissue" a torn fast tag is sent back and with major visible scratches in interiors of car @MahindraRise @Mahindra_Auto @Mahindra_Thar @autocar

Whn a laser fibre decides to break from the centre cutting the scope thru. The distal end of laser fibre was removed in toto thankfully with the scope.
