Absolutely stunning stat. Ossoff-Talarico would be a ticket that could be unstoppable in the electoral college. New Clinton-Gore.
Indeed he did, and I noted this in my column for Gulf Times last week

Our Senior Non-Resident Fellow, @Dr_Ulrichsen, was quoted in @WSJ on the latest Saudi–Houthi dynamics.
"The imbalance of risk between the Houthis and Saudi Arabia is even greater now than it was in the earlier period of conflict between 2015 and 2022, as the impact of the strikes on civilian and energy infrastructure undermines investor confidence."

'He began discussing conspiracy theories on his podcast, amplifying misinformation about subjects such as Covid vaccines and the war against Ukraine. The result was a sharp rise in viewer numbers and millions of pounds in revenue.'

So now we can say the thing that we couldn't say before: that Russell Brand's barrister's arguments on his client's behalf were utterly disgraceful and seemed rooted in the misogynistic past

And to think that the editorial director of a newish research institute in DC has been tagging Russell Brand for months in tweets criticizing Ukraine in the hope he would amplify their reach

Position: 23rd in League Two
Today: Brighton playing in Madrid in the UEFA Conference
Never stop dreaming!
It's another pinch me moment for #BHAFC fans today, as hundreds descend on Madrid, ahead of tonight's game against #Getafe in the Europa Conference League.
It's worth remembering that on this day in 1997, we hosted #BarnetFC at Priestfield in Division Three (League Two).
Just 1,025 fans were in the ground that night, having made the 150-mile round trip to Gillingham. We lost 3-0, a result that kept us 23rd in the table, only off the bottom because Doncaster Rovers were having an even worse season.
I'm sure there will be fans in Spain tonight who were also there that night in Gillingham and we salute you.
As @FatboySlim sang, "We've come a long long way together, through the hard times and the good. I have to celebrate you baby, I have to praise you like I should"

The midterm results send a clear message: How we show up in the world affects our lives at home, and Americans understand that. When we alienate allies, appease autocrats, impose arbitrary tariffs, and drive needless conflict, American families pay the price. The Administration’s actions over the last two years have had real consequences for our security, our economy, and our everyday lives. Americans have spoken loud and clear. We should act on the message they're sending. A good place to start: a diplomatic resolution to President Trump's war of choice with Iran.

This is an unusual tweet. My reading of this is the Vice President is blaming the policy of the President. And the son of the President is tweeting agreement.
Am I missing something? Is there a really clever play at work here or is someone dense?
