we saw a lot of drops that people made and then never funded. they just sat there for a whole day doing nothing, and that is confusing for everyone looking at the list so now a drop has 1 hour to get funded. plenty of time to send from your wallet, and if you change your mind, you simply do nothing and it closes by itself and if you send after it closed, your coins are not lost, they can still go back to you we also made the claim time 3 days instead of 7. when people do not claim, the sender gets the rest back faster boo, happy halloween 🎃

what we built since the last update the mainnet keys are ready. the keys that will sign mainnet drops now live in a secure key vault, separate from testnet, with cost alarms on top Solana now has a backup connection, so if one provider goes down, drops and claims keep going on the other a new board called most dropped. it ranks everyone by the real value they sent in SOL, ETH and stablecoins. best dropchad stays next to it and still ranks by how many different people you paid every list now has pages. before, the home page showed only the newest 50 drops, now every drop and every chad can be found page by page we are slowly getting everything ready for mainnet, step by step

Sometimes people send coins to a drop after it already ended. Today we tested what happens then on Robinhood testnet. We sent coins to a cancelled drop on purpose, and every coin went back to the person who made the drop. Nothing got stuck.

the home page now shows who dropped the most today, the top coin and the biggest drop. on Solana and Robinhood testnet 🤌

we just shipped new contracts on Robinhood and upgraded our Solana program, both tested with real claims. first change. when you claim, our server makes a signed pass that tells the contract where to pay you. that pass now expires after 10 minutes. if a claim fails and someone grabs that old pass from the chain, it is worthless to them. your claim simply gets a fresh pass and goes through. second change. sometimes people send coins to a drop after it already ended. before, those coins sat in the contract forever. now anyone can trigger a return, and the coins can only go to the person who made the drop.

we just made dropchad safer before mainnet. it is now harder for anyone to spam fake drops. when you pick your wallet to claim, your coins can only go there, nobody can change it after. and if a claim fails, it simply tries again to the same wallet. still testing on testnet 🤌

done what we said. every drop on testnet is now signed from a cloud vault, on Solana and Robinhood Chain. the server never holds a key, it can only ask the vault to sign. tested end to end tonight, mainnet gets the same 🤌
