Traded J.J. McCarthy for a guy getting "soft benched". I will never shut up about that trade. Even if McCarthy ends up being a bust. The trade was unnecessary and did not make sense.

Vikings fanbase called me crazy when I said we should develop our young guy rather than continuing QB siberia bringing in 30 year olds on vet minimums thinking they are cheat codes to a championship.

People sometimes ask me how Japan and America can be such close friends after Pearl Harbor and Hiroshima.
But why should the grandchildren inherit the hatred of their grandparents?
The Americans I grew up seeing weren’t dropping bombs on Japan. They were showing up with supplies when disasters struck, helping people who had lost everything.
History matters. But so does what we choose to do with it.
people complaining about region lock in Wardogs, and review bombing the game while it’s simply a temporary fix to an extremely toxic problem. locking down servers is something they can do now to preserve integrity, and also revert later once they refine the anti-cheat. it’s not something you code and implement overnight. just leaving the situation to deteriorate loses players interest in the game & makes them move on to something else, which is permanent. the choice was obvious. tell the people in China that they shouldn’t have ruined the game quality of two completely different regions if you didn’t wanna lose the ability to play with your overseas friends.

One thing I know to be absolutely true, nobody is going to tell me who I’m going to root for.
I’ll root for JJ McCarthy, JJ Reddick, JJ from Outer Banks, or Jimmy John’s regular-sized Club Lulu with jalapeño chips and a Dr Pepper.

if they are making all of these changes to building in #WARDOGS by upping supply costs for buildings, ammunition costs to require more pallet drop offs for sustained fire, etc. then a squad lock option for the person who bought the FOB is extremely necessary. even before these changes, randoms had the ability to come in and completely mess up your blueprint. adding unnecessary hescos everywhere, hoping someone would finish building them so they could get free money, wasting mortars & supplies, activating the drill early, you name it. now that is 2x more punishing because of the cost vs. risk factor. it should be like vehicles, where the owner of the FOB can squad lock it, but also allow them to unlock it for everyone. allowing building, destroying and firing to anyone at will or at certain points of the game. just food for thought. however i absolutely love this upcoming patch and think y’all addressed so many critical issues. looking forward to S2 and the wager system. 10/10 game ❤️ @Brammflakes

it’s crazy how ahead of his time Mark Lilla was in his philosophy and assessment of the current political climate, yet was criticized relentlessly for it. hope he’s doing well.
before any other update, buff or nerf in #WARDOGS I need to see rotating spawns. my one and only gripe with the game is the geographical disadvantage blue team has on every single map. the gameplay loop has turned into a lucrative money farm for red, camping blue landing zone tree lines, and making sure they never get a FOB set up. meanwhile green takes every tower & full control of the zone uncontested; usually winning by 50 points or more. it’s rough out here for Lonestar.
watching these fans scramble to make excuses for the QB they backed for the last 5 months is fucking gold. now we should change our entire playbook and start running RPO’s so lil man can do something that makes him feel comfortable? the Vikings fanbase genuinely disgusts me, man.
