We at York @yorksurgeon @drrichardsyoung etc are making our own small attempts at running courses - first on 'small bites' to prevent hernia and next on basic 'Rives-Stoppa'. Last couple of times gynae registrar's and urology trainees along with Gen Surgical trainees joined. – at Rift Valley, Kenya

I'm a doctor. Current NHS pension taxation rules are unfairly hitting senior doctors hard with many forced to retire early/reduce hours. This crisis cant go on.
